FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide professional, transparent pricing based on the type of repair or service needed. Most residential plumbing services include a service/dispatch fee and flat-rate pricing once the issue is diagnosed. Emergency or after-hours service may include additional charges depending on timing and scope. We focus on quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and clear communication — not high-pressure sales tactics. Financing options may be available for larger repairs or replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning more about the issue and gathering basic information about the home and plumbing concern. In many cases, we can provide an estimated arrival window and initial guidance before the visit. Once on-site, we perform a professional assessment, explain the problem clearly, and provide transparent pricing options before beginning work. Our goal is to deliver fast, reliable service while keeping homeowners informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work is backed by a licensed Texas Responsible Master Plumber with active state licensing and continuing education through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Our team has completed residential and commercial plumbing code training, OSHA safety training, and hands-on field experience in residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, water heaters, drain systems, fixture installation, and emergency plumbing services. We stay current with Texas plumbing regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices to provide homeowners with professional and reliable service.
