- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project scope of work and determined by many factors such as materials chosen, design, custom and other details that drive correct pricing for each individual project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally meet and go over the project wish list and get details that would help us work up estimate. Estimate is normally submitted via email within 5 business days and sometimes sooner depending on the complexity of the project. There may be revisions to the scope and pricing prior to an agreed price and contract to start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
26 years of managing residential home construction. We started off in new construction semi custom builds and spent 8 years there prior to starting this business. We have on site skilled training as well as experience in project management with all trades in the residential construction.
