I am awe struck by this company! The customer service is top drawer across the board. I am not kidding you when I say everyone in this company goes beyond measure to solve problems.I chose this company from online recommendations and I hope I can do it justice as others have done for me.All the employees pride themselves for being on time. No one has ever been late, they called or emailed before each visit with a name so you knew the technician, and respond to the problems with solutions. Also, talk about taking care of their customers, I wish every company I dealt with was like Buric.I have a 12 year old system. I knew before I started with this company that I wanted a straight forward, no crazy sales, and answers to all my questions. Andrew did the bi-annual check, Austin found answers why our system wasn't working and gave us heat to tied us over until our new system can be installed, Hailey and Lea helped with over the phone questions and made magic happen in getting the guys to us asap, and Joey took time in answering every little question we had before deciding on what we selected. Did you know even though you have vent closures, not a good idea to restrict air flow. I learned a lesson.Our system needed to be replaced. I loved that we had all our answers addressed and feel good about our choices. It hasn't been installed, but for now I know who I will going to for all my Heating and Air needs. Thank you, Buric Heating and Air Conditioning!Edit: We've had our new system for 1.5 years. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny. We are on an annual maintenance schedule. Worth it! They found answers to my dust. My April aire needed a new bulb. Not replaced. I can tell you I had a number of guys here before Buric and just bypassed that check.Our system is so efficient. It's small in size to our old unit, efficient, and knocks temps off by 3-6 degrees in each season. New app thermostat, too. The whole house gets warm or cool much quicker and I'm not fidgeting with the temps. Thank you, Buric!
