Patrick told us he would be at our home Monday at 7:00 am, he called at 8:15 to tell us hed be here at 9:00. He arrived at 10:14. He did complete the installation just over 2 hours later. He didnt remove the old water heater and promised to pick it up the next morning. We called at 9:30 asking where he was, on his way to Santa Fe for a quick job and would pickup the old unit by end of day. We got a call at 6:03 saying he just got back from Santa Fe so he would be by tomorrow morning. We both said NO, pick it up today. He was saved by a strange coming to our door wanting the unit for salvage. I worked in customer service for many years. I never promised something I couldnt deliver. If I gave a time I tried my best to to deliver before the time specified, at most the agreed on time. Dont promise what you cant deliver. The best news was that he completed the work well and in the 2 hours he committed to us.Alice FosterPatrick came back to our house to cap off a gas line behind our stove. He did the work quickly, cleanly and professionally. We are very satisfied.

Thomas provided outstanding service today. I originally reached out regarding an electrical issue that I had been troubleshooting on my own but couldnt fully diagnose. From the start, he approached the problem methodically, identifying the root cause rather than just addressing the symptoms.What really stood out was his willingness to explain the process in detail. He walked me through each step of the troubleshooting and repair, breaking down the circuitry and explaining exactly where the fault was occurring and why it was causing the issues I was experiencing. He even took the time to draw a diagram, illustrating the system layout and showing how each component interacted, which made everything much easier to understand.His ability to not only resolve the issue efficiently but also educate me along the way speaks volumes about his expertise and professionalism. Its rare to come across a technician who combines technical skill with clear communication and a genuine willingness to help the customer understand the work being done.Overall, this was easily the best experience Ive had with any technician, and I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone needing knowledgeable and thorough electrical support.
