I'll have to say they had a very fast response time on getting back to my message. The estimator came 2 days early. Kind of a surprise but that was nice. Very nice people to deal with and are very knowledgeable. My only issue was the estimator tried to tell me what they were going to install on my roof without even giving me an opportunity to tell him what I wanted. When I told him I wanted 3 tab shingles, he said, we don't do that. What!? Some how I feel that should have been talked about before the guy came out and wastingeveryone'stime. Be aware that all roofing contractors don't install all types of shingles! This one doesn't install the old 3 tab type. So, 4 stars for lack of communication up front.

I was in the market for a new roof and roof repair due to storm damage. The Roof Mentors had installed a new roof on neighbors house and Travis Adame noticed the damage on my roof. Travis Adame and The Roof Mentors did an excellent job taking care of the roof inspection, communicating with the insurance company, and explaining to my wife and I what damage they found and what repairs we needed. Travis was in constant contact with us keeping us informed of the progress and timeline on when we could expect the new roof. The Roof Mentors delivered! The team arrived this week and in on day installed the new roof and ridge vents, replaced damaged sheathing on the roof, and repaired the gutters. The Roof Mentors did a top rate job and their team made sure that everything was cleaned up after they finished. Travis came by the next morning to follow up with us and check on the new roof. I strongly recommend The Roof Mentors if you need any roof inspection, repairs, or a new roof. We're all smiles in King, NC!

When my partner and I noticed a leak in our ceiling, we decided we needed to get a new roof. The first company we called said it would take two weeks to send someone out! That was simply too long because we needed to get this leak addressed ASAP.When I contacted TRM, they arranged a visit the very next day!!Stenson Welch promptly stopped by, impressing us with his courtesy, professionalism, and down-to-earth nature. This high level of service was consistent with all of our interactions.Initially, we had some trouble with the payment from our insurance company, but TRM handled everything and made sure we got what we needed covered. Without their help, we might not have been able to afford a roof replacement! Now, we have a beautiful, well-done roof that will last us for many years.We are so grateful for TRM!
