Alex fix my LG washer they had a mold smell and particles after washes. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and confirmed upon arrival. Did a full steam wash of the tub and removed lots of mold from bottom. Working like new with no smell now. Alex also showed up earlier than the planned appointment time on Memorial Day. Great work!

I had an excellent experience with this Refrix. They came out on Tuesday to diagnose an issue with my dryer and quickly determined that the control board had failed. Since replacement control boards are no longer available, they arranged to have my existing board professionally repaired and kept me informed throughout the process.By Friday, my dryer was back up and running perfectly. I was impressed with their knowledge, honesty, communication, and turnaround time. Instead of pushing an expensive replacement appliance, they found a cost-effective solution and got the job done right.I highly recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repairs.
