John (Sales Rep) and the installation team was able to install a new HVAC system in my house prior to a winter freeze that occurred late January 2026. The installation team worked from the crack of dawn until late in the evening to ensure the system was up and running properly. A second team came back a few days later to work out a minor bug associated with WiFi connection. John went the extra mile to make sure all my questions were addressed and answered. He also followed up weeks later to see how the new system was running and dropped off my warranty certificates. Additionally, John assisted with me with air filter replacements giving me peace and mind when its time to replace it. Im extremely pleased with the customer service and support I received from the Mechollage team. I encourage anyone looking to have maintenance or a new system installed to consider Mechollage!!!!!
