I work on flat monthly plans, not hourly break/fix billing, so your cost is predictable with no surprise emergency invoices. Managed plans start at $95/user/month, scoped to your team size, risk, and the tools you actually need — I give you a clear quote after a quick, free assessment. One-time projects and consulting are quoted up front before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short, free consultation to understand your business and what's slowing you down. Then I assess your network, security, backups, and accounts, and give you a written plan with a flat monthly price. Once we agree, I handle onboarding with minimal disruption to your team, then keep everything monitored and patched on a schedule so problems get caught before they cost you.

I've spent 30+ years in IT — from senior network engineer to IT director — designing, securing, and running business networks across many industries. SolviTech is me, so the person you talk to is the person who does the work, not a tier-one queue.
