This is a review for the electrical company that helped me resolve an overload issue in both my babys room and our home office. Im truly grateful for their honest and professional collaboration. The work of extending the electrical wiring and closing the circuit, along with the analysis, was outstandingI dont think Ive ever seen such precision and effectiveness. Changing to the thermoplastic coves and splitting the two bedrooms were the best decision ever made it for long-term.The job made by Troy was done quickly and with excellent quality. The new subpanel and all outlet devices were installed properly, and the inspection was carried out with impressive accuracy. Prices were fair and reasonable, the work came with a warranty, and the technician on-site was very attentive and professional.Thank you again, Boswell, for the great experience. Well definitely stay in touch for our next project.

Boswell Electric replaced one of my house panels with a new one, and replaced all of the breakers in my other panel. They also replaced all outlets and switches in my house. They were old and starting to fail. The work required a permit because of the new power panel, and for Snapping Shoals to turn off the power before starting and turn on the power afterwards. The Utility shut off the power around 9:30 AM and the work was nearly complete by 6 pm. Power was back on around 3 PM. The crew from Boswell worked late getting the work done enough to live in the house. There were some plugs and switches that were not discovered until later, so they came back and finished. It was a successful project and I would definitely ask them to come back when I have new electrical needs. Tom Maher, Covington, GA

I called two other companies at the Sage time as Boswell. Out of the other two only one agreed to come out and quote me. Their guy wasnt interested in being here and the quote was not detailed. From the beginning Boswell worked as a team. One person got all of my info. Then within five minutes a professional called and gave me a ballpark idea of what it would cost for my project. The next day a technician was at my house giving me three choices to pick from to fit my budget. We actually decided to spend more on the project because the value was so good. Even with some scheduling issues the Boswell team communicated clearly and truthfully. The work was top notch and we got more quality and service than we paid for! We are already talking about a second project to hire the Boswell team for. They treated us like people and valued customers and thats way more than we got from any other company. In todays world that means everything.

My home needed an electrical panel change as we had an old outdated panel and the breakers started to over heat and not power the AC. I called around for quotes and availability to install, as this was something that we needed taken care of as soon as possible. Based on my research Boswell price came in as the average/normal pricing that I saw online. Other companies that I called were higher or wanted to up charge. Glad I decided to get a quote from Boswell. From the moment I called the owner and Jake were very helpful and knowledgeable. They understood price points and provided options. Jake even took time out of his Sunday to install, as he was concerned about the fire hazard. I felt he did a great job, cleaned after he was done, and was professional. I will use Boswell for my electrical needs in the future and I will refer to friends and family.
