FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the level of detail, accuracy, and organization required for each project. I don't use a flat "one-size-fits-all" rates because every business has different needs. Instead, I provide clear, upfront pricing based on the scope of work - whether it's administrative support, documentation, SOPs, reporting, or training materials. You'll always know the cost before we begin, and I never add surprise fees. Most projects are billed at a fixed project rate or hourly, depending on what makes the most sense for your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief consultation to understand your goals, challenges, and the type of support you need. From there, I review any documents, workflows, or examples you'd like me to look at so I can get a clear picture of your current setup. Once I understand the scope, I provide a straightforward plan outlining the tasks, timeline, and pricing. After you approve the plan, I begin the work and keep you updated with regular check-ins so you always know where your project stands. My goal is to make the process simple, organized, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA and multiple business-focused degrees that directly support the administrative, operational, and documentation work I do. I hold an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Business Management, along with additional degrees in Accounting and Financial Services. This combination gives me a strong foundation in business operations, reporting, organization, and process development. I also have two decades of hands-on experience in operations, administrative support, workflow optimization, financial systems, and documentation. This blend of formal education and real-world training allows me to create clear, structured, and reliable systems for my clients.
