What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly sessions are $95. I also offer a sliding scaled based on your income from $75 - $200.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we chat over the phone to get to know each other and set up the first appointment. Then, there will be digital forms for you to sign and also a questionnaire for you to fill out to share more about your background and goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Life & Wellness Coach, trained at the Canada Coaching Academy. Practices all aligned with standards and ethics of the International Coaching Federation. Licensed Teacher of English Language Arts. Taught reading, speaking, listening, and writing skills to students in all ages and grades.
