Hey everyone! I booked a full-service move with this company from Burbank to Los Angeles. My apartment wasnt very big, just 2 rooms, but I had way more stuff than I expected. The crew showed up, wrapped all my furniture and belongings, and covered everything with blue moving blankets to keep it protected. They packed everything quickly and took it away. A couple of days later, they delivered everything to my new apartment and placed it exactly where I asked.Overall, everything went well. Some of the boxes arrived a bit dented, but it wasnt a big deal since they only contained personal items. All the furniture and appliances were intact, and thats what really matters.Thanks, guys!

Be warned.The initial sales person will make all sorts of empty guarantees: Well be there every step of the way. We may be more expensive, but there will be no surprisesunlike less reputable companies.When they dont show, no one will answer the phone. Theyll tell you your furniture was larger than the standard you were quoted. Obviously you will need to pay more. Theyll upcharge you at every turn. I was told I owed an extra $600 because my delivery wassurprisein NYC. the agreed upon destinationAgain, not their fault. You will need to pay . At this juncture they will have your stuff and some person will talk over you explaining why you must pay more. Its an absolute scam.According to Molly, their customer service rep, I was at fault for not understanding the agreement I signed. They just talk over you repeating its somehow out of their hands.Go with the cheapest option. At least when they rip you off, act inconvenienced you are questioning the ever increasing price ,theres no pretense that youre paying for customer service.Not legit.

Anastasia, Although honest feedback is fundamental in shaping a business.. it is also important to give factual information. Not only has our customer service manager spoken to you on the phone and text messages several times, but you are omitting that you are the one that does not communicate with us. We have called and text you several times in which you did not answer the phone nor respond to our messages.. for an entire week. How are we supposed to coordinate your delivery if you do not answer or respond? Additionally, you are stating conflicting information in your review. In the second paragraph, you stated that no one will answer the phone. In the same paragraph you stated that someone will talk to you. Also, customers are in fact responsible for reading and reviewing their contracts before signing them. These things are not hidden, they are in plain view on every step of your move. It is important to note that your delivery destination is NYC, and it clearly states that in cities that have no semi-access that a smaller shuttle service must be provided. There is nothing about this that is fraudulent.. you live in a big city and we cannot park the semi-truck in the middle of the street to do your delivery as this will obstruct already extreme traffic conditions. Lastly, we apologize that you are unhappy with the service.. please reach out to us directly so we can help you with a favorable resolution. Sincerely, The United Prime Vanlines Team
