They identified the issue and stopped the immediate problem within about 30 minutes, which ultimately helped prevent much more serious damage to my home. They came up with an effective temporary solution to get us safely through the storm and were very clear and communicative throughout the entire process.
What impressed me even more was their follow up. Once the storm passed, they promptly returned to recheck everything, confirm the source of the issue, complete the necessary repairs, and test the area to make sure it could withstand future water exposure.
