Fadi, was able to come service my AC on a Friday when everyone else was telling me next week. He came when he said and performed a professional service.Temp was in the 80s and my Condo is on the second floor. My poor kitten may not have made it to next week. T u, Fadi!

I had a big issue with my AC and I contacted over 4 companies, I was hesitated first when I contacted "AYAR" bc its a new company but this gentleman "OWNER OF THE COMPANY" Showed up and did an amazing job l, I had a great conversation with him and he turned out to be a great respectful family man and honest hard worker too!.If you're having an issue with your heating/cooling i recommend this compnay!Thank you again Mr AYAR I appreciate your work and time, god bless.

On a friend's recommendation called Ayar heating & Cooling after my other 2 companies were busy and couldn't come soon enough to repair my restaurant's AC unit.He came on the same day i called, and found the problem, made a temporary fix to make it run, ordered the part needed and came back 2 days later to finish the job when the part arrived.Very professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced.They are my main HAVOC repair company now.
