Having opened her restaurant in 2015 in a tucked-away part of South Bay, this is where chef Anne finally understood that the restaurant business is only secondarily a “food” business. Rather it is primarily a “people” business. The Sausal team, and the Sausal guests, have filled the place with passion and love and given Sausal its roots, its soul.

This is an overdue review as I come often to this restaurant. This is the perfect place in El Segundo to meet with friends, to have a family dinner, or just to relax during happy hour. The dishes are very tasty and portions are great. Mocktails & Drinks are great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I don't know everyone by name by Payton is very kind, and attentive, the kind of employee you want in your business. She also remembers you. Hector was very kind in helping me get a table one day that I didn't have a reservation as well. I highly recommend to make reservations when possible. This is my favorite Restaurant in El Segundo, the atmosphere is great. Favorite dish is shrimp Salad & Trinity salsa. I always have had a positive experience at Sausal and made wonderful memories with my friends & family.
