BEWARE. Adam is a very convincing salesman. We hired Ace a couple years back for a kitchen remodel. We were given a 4 week timeline once all material was delivered. Once they began the work it was one disaster after another. The absolute kicker was the installation of the countertop. It was delivered in the a.m. I had to work till noon. The countertop was cut to big!! So they cut the walls open in order to insert the countertop in the walls. They also installed under the cabinet led lighting. They came up short on material ( not installed to sketch ). They ordered more and finished the installation. 1 year later I gut the adjacent bathroom to remodel it, there is 3 feet of led lighting in my wall that lights every time I turn on the under cabinet lights still today. Needless to say after 4 MONTHS, not weeks. We negotiated the so called balance and parted ways. So now it is the year 2026 and the owner is reaching out to us to see how they can fix things.I recall reaching out to the owner and making an appointment for him to look @ the work and timing of the project. He was a NO SHOW. We made several other attempts to have him inspect the work, to no avail. You probably should have cared more about your customers and your company reputation at the time of the project. Not years later.

I do not disagree with the countertop install being a problem and have not used the fabricator since your project. We have worked closely with the best countertop fabricator in SE Michigan for 5 years now and have had nothing but success with our partnership. After many years of thinking about a kitchen remodeling, we finally took the plunge this year. We pursued a few estimates from contractors and also considered using Curtis Kitchens as well. Ended up going with ACE. Will B listened to what we wanted, took our ideas and proposed a design that was better than anything we imagined. The entire team was great to work with throughout the project. Wendy (Receptionist) is one of the most responsive people I have ever met and was the 1st person we met as we stumbled into the showroom one evening. Even though it was 5 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, she was so pleasant and helpful to get us on the calendar for an estimate in just a few days.

I would give them NO stars. Because we heard them advertised on WJR, we thought they were reputable. It took almost a year for our bathroom remodel which was NEVER completed. We opted to NOT let them continue, as it was one disaster after another. They damaged my front door, carpeting, left my bedroom which is attached to the bathroom, unusable until we cleaned up the mess from drywall. They even damaged my neighbors bushes when cleaning/dumping concrete mixture. Contractors did not show up for various reasons. The worst job I have ever experienced, and highly unprofessional. To this day, the shower floor they installed is slowly disintegrating. They also told us since we did not let them conplete it, ( when ever that might have been) nothing was warrantied. Dont let them fool you that they stand behind their work.

Had a great experience remodeling a kitchen with ACE. This was an extensive project that ACE handled efficiently and respectfully throughout the entire process. Steve in sales, Adam creating the designs, Wendy keeping the office running, and Josh the installer was excellent. Ask for Josh for your project, his crew was efficient, respectful, and passionate about performing high quality work. Communication was quick, clear and excellent all around. Prices at ACE for remodeling were WAY better than the box stores and other big name kitchen remodeling companies. The process was also much quicker and seamless compared to dealing with the box stores and larger companies. Great experience all around A+++
