- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnostic visit is $130 within 25 miles, and $160 and up for longer trips. If you hire us for the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the final cost. We give you the repair price before any work starts. We accept cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay and checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a visit Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm, then come out and diagnose the problem. We explain what's wrong and what the repair will cost. If you approve, we complete the repair and back it with a 6-month labor and 1-year parts warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Natanael Diaz has 11 years of hands-on appliance repair experience across refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers and microwaves, on all major brands including high-end and commercial units.
