We had rather large roots and branches from Amur Maples in our backyard. We called a tree trimming service on a Wednesday who came out to give us and idea of what was needed to remove them. Mark happened to be along and said he could cut down the remaining branches and remove the stumps as well. He gave us a solid estimate and said he would be out the following week. Mark actually called on the Friday of the same week and said he could come over within a half hour if we were available. After arriving he took the courtesy of parking his truck and trailer so it wouldn't interfere with any of our neighbors. He took great care in unloading the stump remover and drove it up our driveway. Mark was also extremely careful in getting the stump remover through our gate and into the backyard. Once there he got to work cutting the remaining branches and ground up the stumps. He also ground the area to remove the roots allowing us to be able to plant our new lilacs much easier. Could not have been happier with his professionalism and the care he took. We've already referred two of our friends to call Mark on projects they have. We'll also keep him in mind when referring any of our friends.
