After living in our 1950's home for over 25 years, it was time for an update! Where to begin? We contacted Bob with Colorado Homes Construction and began working with him on our ideas and budget. To our delight, we could do a complete scrape of our old home and rebuild from the basement up. Bob got to work orchestrating the scrape of our old house and even videoed for us to keep our memories.
Then came the rebuild, quite the project! We designed a 2,800 sq ft ranch-style home. So much had to be accounted for, permits, Denver County requirements, neighborhood accommodations, etc. Bob and Colorado Homes Construction took care of everything. We picked out the interior and exterior finishes as we went through the construction, making this really feel like our new home.
