I went to a free class about fall prevention for seniors. I must admit I went to it to mostly to take a friend of mine who is older than me, because she is so scared of falling. In doing this for my friend, I too benefited so much. It's like putting on a seatbelt every time you drive. You don't plan on needing it, it's just a precaution you take. I learned that there are there are beautiful ways you can make your home safer now, to prevent falls.

I took my 86 year-young mother to a fall prevention class led by TruBlue. It was very informative and we got some great tips on fall preventation. We also learned about how making some simple changes in our home could make it possible for Mom to live independently and at home for longer! We are planning on getting more information from TruBLue about how to implement these changes. Tess, Michael and Allie were all very helpful and knowledgeable too! I would reccomend their services to anyone who is interested in safe, independent living in their home!
