With 15 years of hands-on experience in home maintenance and repairs, I provide reliable, detail-oriented service you can trust. As a one-person general contractor, you’ll work directly with me from start to finish on every job.
I handle a wide range of projects, including hardware installation, plumbing repairs, electrical changeouts, painting, and Sheetrock repairs. I also have experience with HVAC component testing and system cleanings.

Kerr arrived at the scheduled time and listened to what I was looking for. He made several suggestions which I approved. He installed several ceiling fans and repaired my kitchen sink which was leaking under the sink. He was courteous and very efficient. I will definitely use Kerr's Handyman again.
