FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get a written quote before any work starts, so there are no surprise charges. If the plan changes along the way, it gets written down and you approve it first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by coming to look at your setup, usually for free. We walk through the building, check the network, wifi, backups and anything else you rely on, and write down what we find. Then we go over it together and you decide what, if anything, to fix. If you want us to do the work, you get a written quote first, and we schedule around your hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner is mostly self-taught. They learned IT by doing it for the last six and a half years, most of them working in large data centers, doing production operations work for companies like Google and Meta. That's where they picked up the habits all of our engineers use: label everything, test and verify, and write down what you changed.
