- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Starlink installs base price is 399. Things like roof pitch ,number of floors , difficulty of install may increase price. Also other factors like mount types etc. Also commercial and mobile install may likely be more expensive due to level of difficulty and materials needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Check lead form from our website things we need are basic details like a couple wide angle pictures showing trees around the structure and roof type and location etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive hands on training and have completed all Starlink related required training to be able to complete all install types residential, commercial and mobile installs like rvs and vehicles
