My wife and I bought our house 10 years ago and weve been planning to have an addition built since we the beginning. After much deliberation, we finally decided to get it done and met with a few contractors in the area. Gilor Remodeling was one of the first companies we spoke to, and from the beginning we knew we were going to go with them.Or Haim was our project coordinator and he was great at communicating what to expect at each stage of the project. We were connected with their designer, architect, and engineer so everything was taken care of by Gilor Remodeling from the very start. Their office also took care of the entire permit process so really the only expectations from us were to decided on our design and layout, and getting our finished materials for the job. From start to finish, Gilor Remodeling and Or Haim did everything to make this project to as smoothly as possible for my wife and I. We couldnt be happier with the end results, and I really appreciated when they sent their guys back to fix any minor issues. I highly recommend them, and will be using them again in the future for more projects.

We had GilOr doing a major remodel of our main bathroom and are very pleased with the final result. We had Gil and Or came out for estimate multiple times as we changed the scope. We are very impressed with the professionalism and level of detail of the estimates. Also the quotes are reasonable. We appreciate Kattia who came up with excellent design ideas and help us select great materials and hardware. Gilbert and Jesus did great tile and plumbing job. They are very communicative and made sure we were happy with the results. Or, the manager is very nice and was on top of the project. We were on vacation for a couple of weeks without having to worry. Highly recommend the company.

I'd give them more than 5 stars if it were possible. I first discovered Gilor Remodeling when dealing with a plumbing emergency. I found them because of their great reviews, and learned quickly that they were well deserved. They handled the issue quickly and professionally, and I have relied on them for many different types of projects since then. Most recently, they have completed a several room renovation including smoothing and painting ceilings, installing crown moldings, leveling and installing flooring, and removing a partial false wall to reveal the arch underneath. Everything always looks great, and one thing that always stands out is their attention to detail and polish. Particularly, they smoothed our ceilings super nicely. Their prices are always reasonable and they often can respond quickly to urgent projects as well. I highly recommend them for any kind of remodeling project, large or small, and feel more confident as a homeowner knowing that they can handle any type project I need to do. In fact, they just saved the day again for me days ago again for another urgent project.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Gilor Remodeling Group, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the team (Jesus, Joel, Luis, Mom, and Or Haim) were nothing short of exceptional. They tackled a truly daunting project in my home: an entire room that was literally sinking due to a non-existent foundation. Where other contractors had walked away from me, Gilor Remodeling Group rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They completely rebuilt the foundation, installed a new subfloor, added new flooring and baseboards, repainted and retextured the walls, and even excavated unnecessary dirt that had been improperly packed in by previous owners (up to the FLOOR!). Their work was not only structurally sound but also absolutely stunning.Beyond the technical skill, what really set this team apart was their professionalism and kindness. Every single one of them was polite, respectful, and communicative. They kept me informed at every step of the project, which made the entire experience stress-free and weren't even bothered by my kids or dog running around the house while they were trying to work! They were also a good value for the work that was done, their prices even for demo and secondary inspection were far under the other 4 quotes that I received. This team has absolutely earned my trust, and Im already planning to hire them again to help fix the rest of the shortcuts and band-aids left behind by the previous homeowners. If youre looking for a family run business with a team that truly cares about the quality of their work, and the satisfaction of their clients, Gilor Remodeling Group is the one to call.
