Best Flooring did such a wonderful job on my floors. Casey was extremely friendly and beyond knowledgeable about the different options that we had to replace our damaged flooring. We ended up deciding on vinyl. The finished product looks amazing and looks so much like real wood but is water proof. Casey's employees did a great job and were also super nice. They also covered up all my kitchen appliances while doing the demo work to ensure that they didn't get dirty. We had a decent amount of old flooring that still needed to be demoed and they made sure to clean it all up after they were done. There was nothing left here that shouldn't have been. The install went quickly and smoothly. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would recommend Best Flooring to anyone and if I ever need any flooring done again I know who I will be calling! Thanks so much!

Casey and his crew are the best! I feel bad because they helped me install my flooring last year and all this time I thought my review had posted! Glad I caught it now because I was so impressed with their work, I continue to sing their praises to those who compliment my floor. Casey was super professional, communicative, and helpful. He got Sergio and his team to come out as soon as possible. They arrived on time, were thoughtful, thorough, friendly, and delivered quality work in such a short amount of time. Sergio even went out of his way to help fix a few spots that had loosened on the existing flooring on my stairs without me asking. Its such a relief when you can receive such great customer service and quality work then have someone go above and beyond?! I hate to say it, but thats rare and thats why we will definitely be back again!

We are so happy with our floors and overall experience with Casey and Best Flooring SCV! Casey is professional and readily available throughout the process-great communication. His crew is so talented and professional. They arrived on time daily, worked their tails off, clean up daily prior to leaving. You couldn't ask for more hard working guys. Super friendly too! As for the finished product...we LOVE our flooring! We installed wood throughout, including two stair cases-a huge project. And we are amazed at how absolutely beautiful it looks! Small carpet installation as well: guys did a great job. From start to finish, we are extremely satisfied with every aspect of this experience. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company for any of your flooring needs!

Best flooring truly is the Best!!! Casey the owner is very professional and was great at responding to texts and keeping us updated on the progress. He called daily with any questions that came up and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy. He also has some of the BEST employees working for him. Sergio and his crew were some of the greatest people Ive ever had the opportunity of working with. Not only are they all so kind and polite, they work hard, clean up after themselves and do the best work!! They were also great at communicating and making sure we were happy. It was truly the best experience! I will be recommending Best Flooring to all of our friends and family.
