- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
hold a Master’s in Communication from Johns Hopkins University, where I studied how to get people to change their behavior - which is exactly what a great resume does when it gets a recruiter to stop scrolling and pick up the phone. I also have a B.A. from BYU-Idaho. My real training comes from both sides of the hiring table. I’ve worked as a Marketing Director and senior B2B marketer, where my job was making people want to buy - and I still work in enterprise sales today, so I know firsthand what hiring managers look for and how they talk. I’ve been consulting businesses and leaders since 2017, and I’ve written 500+ resumes and coached 200+ professionals into roles at every level, from first jobs to a COO.
