Josh painted the trim and wall where we had windows replaced. He was meticulous with his work and clean up. He is extremely conscientious and takes his work seriously.

First class renovations as worked well with Alex from AllGood Electric on both our garage (fire rated) and breezeway so far! With plans to continue renovating our home to what we always envisioned it to become! Weve found the go-to general contractor for our family and would highly recommend Josh for yours. First class renovations does it right, no quick fix to collect the check. His thorough and thought out approach helps when unforeseen problems occur. And always has solutions to solve them.

Highly recommend First Class Renovations. Josh renewed our home with vinyl siding, and it has truly stood the test of New England winters. The house looks significantly better now compared to the old peeling paint we had before. Also, during the job, there was an accidental hole made in a rotten piece of wood on the deck, and without hesitation, he replaced it completely free of charge. That kind of honesty and accountability is hard to find these days. Solid work, professional, and stands behind what he does.
