At Real Perspective Media, we believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with no surprises. Our real estate photography and video packages start at $300, and rental photography starts at $300. We offer several packages to fit different properties and marketing needs, along with optional add-ons. Pricing may vary based on property size, location, and requested services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your property, marketing goals, and timeline. From there, we'll recommend the right package, confirm the details, and schedule your session. On the day of the shoot, we carefully capture the property, highlighting its best features and unique details. Afterward, we professionally edit the images and video and deliver everything through an easy-to-use online gallery, ready for your marketing needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and visual content creation, including work with national and international brands such as Teleflora and Redbook. This background gives me a strong understanding of how professional imagery and video can help market a property effectively. I'm also an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, with hands-on experience in aerial photography, cinematic video production, professional photography, and post-production editing. I continually refine my techniques and stay current with the latest equipment and technology to deliver high-quality results for every client.
