About
As a licensed general contractor with 7 years in business, I treat every home as if it were my own. I work carefully, responsibly, and always at your pace, making sure your project is done the right way, not the fast way.
Because I’m a one-person operation, you work directly with me from start to finish. I take time to understand your needs and preferences, and every task is clearly discussed and agreed upon before I get started.
If you’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented work and clear communication throughout your project, I’d be happy to help you plan the next steps.

LMG Innovations did an incredible job on our deck! We have a very large deck that had serious damage and rotting wood due to the poor work of the original contractor who built it. Leon and his crew did an amazing job taking it apart and putting it back together the right way! We had multiple electrical wires, water lines and an Under-Deck ceiling system that made it even more challenging. They worked diligently and made sure everything was done correctly. The quality of work was OUTSTANDING and price was extremely reasonable. So many other contractors are hard to reach and not always reliable, but LMG was always here when they said they would be, completed the job quickly and were very professional. We will definitely be using them again for all our other upcoming projects and have recommended them to all our friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We have used LMG for all kinds of renovations, including difficult problem solving. Levani is skilled in so many areas of construction and brings his high energy, skill and passion to every project. In fact, he has been so valuable for us in renovating our homes, we have him twice yearly work on our home in Maine on so many different types of indoor and outdoor projects, as well as many our home in Maryland. Highly recommended!
