- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat package pricing, shown before you book. Listing photos start at $175 for up to 30 HDR photos, and you'll know the full price up front. No travel fee anywhere within 100 miles of Woodbridge, VA. Rescheduling is free, including for bad weather. Add-ons like drone, reels, 3D tours, floor plans and virtual twilights are priced individually, so you only pay for what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Send us the address, listing date and the package you want. 2) We confirm your shoot time, usually within the hour. 3) Our photographer arrives on time, shoots interiors, exteriors and drone if booked. You don't need to be home, just get us inside. 4) Our editors finish every image by hand. 5) Photos land in your private KONAH portal within 24 hours, in MLS-ready and high-res sizes, ready to download and post.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our drone pilot is FAA Part 107 licensed, and we run an airspace check before every flight, including the DC restricted zones. Every photographer and editor is trained to the same KONAH standard for real estate: straight verticals, window pulls, color-matched rooms and consistent HDR editing, so your listings look the same quality every time.
