Dont be fooled by the other companies saying they do Hot water Extraction but run out of steam after your first room and then dumping warm water all over your house and it taking DAYS to dry. Spiker has done a great job both times they've cleaned our carpets! They manage to clean my little 950 square house in an hour, but still maintain their thoroughness. Carpets looked and smelled great after they were done. Their prices are very fair and they are friendly and passionate about their work. I highly recommend Spiker!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 4 different services. First we have a general cleaning to help keep your carpets clean. If its been awhile we can do a deep cleaning first. We also offer a pet and odor package. We also offer a protection package if you want to reapply the Scotchgard.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get to your house we like ti inspect your floors so we can clean then properly. We will go over and offer any help we can so you can keep them clean too!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're an IICRC Firm! That means that everyone in my company is very well trained and has to take classes to stay certified every year!
