We keep our pricing clear and straightforward. Every job begins with a service visit to diagnose the issue and provide a repair estimate. If you choose to move forward with the repair, the service fee is applied toward the total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process easy from the start. Once your appointment is scheduled, our technician comes out, diagnoses the problem, and provides a repair estimate. With your approval, we move forward with the repair and aim to complete it as efficiently as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have formal training in appliance service technology, including electrical diagnostics and refrigeration systems, along with hands-on field experience working on a wide range of household appliances.
