The sales and technicians team at ASP could not be more professional and courteous. After suffering weeks of 90+ degree days working remotely in the home office in our guesthouse out back, it was apparent the portable AC unit we bought wasn’t doing the job. We sent that unit back and purchased a 9000 BTU mini split unit and reached out to ASP to install it. You may have seen videos on the Internet that suggest it’s a simple DYI project. Maybe… If you own a trunk full of professional air conditioning tools, equipment, parts and supplies, but that wasn’t the case for me. Zach with a ASP quickly returned my call and came to the house to chat about the project and arranged the install within 24 hours after the unit arrived. Pricing was fair and competitive. ASP‘s technicians were right on time and left the place immaculate. Great service all around. We will definitely call them the next time we need AC service.
