- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple. Hourly or by project. Let's talk about what you need and agree the scope. Then I can give you a price. I prefer projects rather than open ended coaching arrangements because these are more successful for my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an instructor of Business Strategy at San Francisco State University so I maintain an ongoing, current interest in strategic planning. I am a member of the Association of Strategic Planning and regularly attend workshops and seminars.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
