For years, my workout regimen consisted of running and Pilates. Running strengthened my heart and legs, while Pilates kept my core muscles strong and flexible. But something was missing, and I found that missing piece when I began boxing with Jeremy. Not only is boxing an intensely demanding physical workout, it is a mentally challenging workout as well. A professional fighter himself, Jeremy teaches technique, movement, and combinations while also prepping his clients with cardiovascular warm ups, coordination work, and strength. Jeremy has the patience, the knowledge, and the passion to empower and inspire any individual at any fitness level to reach his or her full physical potential. After finishing a workout with Jeremy, I feel strong, I feel empowered, I feel like my money has been well spent, and most importantly, I've had a really good time. I've learned how to physically defend myself should the situation ever arise, I've become noticeably stronger in my upper body and core, and my overall workout regimen is more balanced. In working with Jeremy, I've not only gained a great trainer, I've gained an advocate for my overall physical and mental wellness, and a friend.
