There are no hidden fees, and we offer discounts for recurring cleanings (monthly, biweekly, or weekly). Our goal is always to give you a clear, upfront price before we ever step foot in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short call or message to understand your home, your priorities, and any problem areas you want extra attention on. From there: 1. We provide a clear quote, so you always know what to expect. 2. We schedule your cleaning at a time that works best for you. 3. On cleaning day, you’ll receive arrival updates and photos (if you’d like) to ensure quality and peace of mind. After the cleaning, we follow up to make sure everything was perfect — your satisfaction is our priority.
