Quick and consistent replies and great communication during the work. He was adept working remotely with me via phone/video and offered good suggestions to select the materials and fixtures while in-store. Serafin did 3 small fixes to hardware onsite and replaced a sink fixture.

Serafin was amazing, responded to my initial request in less than an hour and he was here working on our project within 24 hours. We had a somewhat complicated faucet replacement in our bathroom but he was able to figure out a solution without ripping the whole pedestal apart. The work was done expertly and he was very professional and friendly, and his pricing was very fair. Absolutely recommend working with him and we are looking forward to booking him for future projects.

Serafin did a great job replacing our electrical wall outlets. He was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire service. He took the time to visually explain what caused the issue and walk through steps to help prevent it from happening again, which I really appreciate.
He also made a point of asking if I wanted him to clean up the work area before he left, which showed his attention to detail and respect for our home. I would highly recommend, and utilize Serafin again!

Very professional and respectful as when he reached out to me in my house and the Item to mount on the wall was not the normal size. He helped us order the new one and once it gets delivered I reached out to him and he came to do the work
