- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MEDIATION/NEGOTIATIONS: If parties choose to work with me after a brief introductory conversation (free), I will send all parties forms they can complete to shorten the amount of time needed to get up to speed in the case. Any agreement can be used on its own, or for a contract or court order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
AS A MEDIATOR, I have handled more than 400 cases involving child custody and visitation, divorce and other family law matters, landlord/tenant, business, employment, public policy, and environmental issues. My book, Building Parenting Agreements That Work, is available through Nolo Press (11 Editions, 1995 through 2025).
