A lot of people have inherited a trust from a parent and are unsure what is being said in the trust. I review that trust with the client and ensure the client understands what they should be doing or receiving per the provisions of trust.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When searching for an attorney ask about their background, time and fee arrangement. If it is a big law firm try to figure out which attorney you would be working with and how long that person has been in practice. Asking questions in advance when selecting an attorney helps to avoid problems in the future.
