I just want to thank Juan so much! He did an awesome job putting the bird barrier on our roof. We were having a big problem with sparrows. Juan came out gave us a very reasonable estimate and got to work. He was fast and efficient. Thanks Juan

I was looking for someone to paint a 1 bedroom condo before the tenant moved in. It went a bit longer than anticipated, but that was not a big deal. The main issue was the way the unit was left when he was done. Probably half of the outlet covers were missing screws, and the other screws were very loose. The doorknob was on backwards so that the handle sticks out and you can't close the door. The carpet had a bunch of dirt and blue plastic stuff on it. The sink had paint all over the new faucet.. The bathroom mirror was in the closet instead of being hung up. The paint was good and with nice lines, and that's why there are 3 stars, but the mess and lack of concern for returning the outlet covers, mirror, door knob, etc back to their original condition knocked him down a couple stars.
