I was referred to Rob by an associate and recommended to do a deep clean on the entrance and drive-through on one of my restaurants. His work is far superior to others I have hired in the past. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For monthly, quarterly or bi-annual jobs, discount pricing is always offered. We strive for repeat business! Our quotes are detailed and clearly defined, we won’t show up on the job and mark up the price, bait and switch tactics are not conducive to operating a successful business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to find out what your needs are. Some clients prefer jobs to be completed quick while others prefer flexibility. I liked to understand if clients are open to different options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Interestingly enough, I have a degree in mathematics. I suppose this has prepared me for giving fast quotes! My training has come from years of working with my dad and running my own industrial machine.
