Introduction: Hello my name is Brian, I am a third-generation arborist running a small owner/operator style business. It is based upon honesty, hard work, safety and reliability. I vow to uphold all International Society of Arboriculture standards first and foremost. I will always recommend what is best for the tree yet with consciousness to what the customer also would like, a balance. Each cut is made consciously making sure not to damage the tree or any targets that may be near the tree and I believe in cleaning up better than when I arrived. Brian did an excellent job grinding down a tree stump for me. He cleaned up afterward and even swept my patio! His work was so good my neighbors on either side are using his services too. I highly recommend him.

I would choose all 5 boxes if I could,. Brian gets 5 out of 5 stars!. I have used him several times and his work , professionalism, attention to detail and communication are stellar. He listens to what you want and he delivers, Does a great clean up too. And he is just a pleasant guy to work with. Brian is totally certified. You do not want people in your yard and up in your trees that are not licensed and certified. Especially these guys out there that 'do everything" You are just asking for trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian and will use him again.

Brian did a wonderful job. I hired him to mulch some brush that we needed to get rid of. He communicated with me so I knew what was going on and he showed up when he said he would. I would definitely hire Brian again when I need a job done. Below are before and after.

I’ve hired many “pros” on Thumbtack, Yelp, Task-rabbit and it can certainly be hit or miss. Brian is exactly the kind of professional you hope to hire through these platforms. After working with Brian, it was evident that he knows his craft and takes pride in seeing a job through to the end. We had four large trees that needed to be planted on our steep, rocky hillside. Brian was quick to give us a very competitive quote. His response times and communication were prompt and clear. He was consistent and patient as we took time to form a game plan due to our personal schedules and choosing trees. Brian showed up prepared for the job and listened as we explained our “vision”. He started working immediately. He took extra care to show us how he properly plants the trees and explained the after-care regime to ensure they would be healthy. The result was exactly as we envisioned it and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Brian!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is giving a free estimate. Either meeting in person or simply driving by the jobsite. Giving a estimate via photo also has proven to work on small and simple jobs. I also have an hourly rate with one way travel as a third option.

Certified Arborist #WE-10314AT - January 2014 Arbormaster training Boulder, CO - December 2016 Husqvarna chainsaw safety course San Diego, CA - April 2014 Class B Commercial Drivers License Continuing education unit (CEU's) seminars at Balboa Park to maintain certifications. Continuous workbook studies to reach CEU requirements.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
3rd generation arborist. Hand taught by father with over 40 years of experience.
