I hired this company for a client of mine. Initially I contacted them to replace a shower cartridge, they did it right away. The very same day we asked them to check the septic system. They ended up replacing the pump and did an amazing job. All done very professionally and provided a fair price.

I called Best Option based on their reviews and I am so glad I did. Harling sent Arnold right over. Arnold diagnosed a broken sump pump. Turns out those pumps don’t live forever and they like to die in heavy rains. They replaced the pump and now my basement will live happily ever after or until it needs replacing again. They also do electrical and drywall. I will absolutely use them again.

Had a clogged toilet. A plastic piece from the bidget broke off and was flushed.
They responded quickly to the Thumbtack posting and arrived the next day, as requested.
Fixed the clog quickly. Unfortunately, the clog reappeared the next day, but they returned, under warranty, and fixed it again at no additional cost.
