I offer computer assistance and I come to you. I support both PCs and Macs, and I offer low hourly rates at $40 per hour with only a minimum of 1/2 hour required. In that 1/2 hour, I will tell you exactly what the problem is and the required solution. At that point, we can settle on a fee to fix the problem, or you can get someone else to fix it.
I can also offer to keep your computer running smoothly and up- to-date with the latest Windows patches or Apple software updates. After our initial visit, if you would like, I can set up your computer for remote access so that I can help you remotely anytime you need assistance.
