Was so disappointed with my Ballons. They arrived late to my party and the Ballons looked flat. The Mylar Ballons weren’t firm. Annette was super sweet, but overall very disappointed with the Ballons and not happy that they arrived during my party.

We do regret the 2 1/2 hr distance , traffic and very hot day. Caused us to have an un satisfied client. This does not sit well with us, unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to correct any item that was unsatisfactory. Attention to detail: Never assume all parties involved understands location, travel and distance. Lesson learned: Never take a job that is too far away. Clarification: Make sure all parties involved understands the location of the professional and distance they will travel.
