Introduction: I'm a Certified Life-Action Coach, Seminar Leader, Polarity Therapist, Personal Trainer and Raw Food Chef/Instructor (although I'm also trained in numerous other styles of healthfilled food prep.) I come from a background of healing myself of asthma, suicidal depression, infections, etc. through a healthy food program; conscious, functional movement, and emotional freedom. I met Revvell at an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) workshop she led at the Coffee Gallery in Altadena. By this point, I'd read all types of self-help books, and thought I'd try out the workshop. I was so happy that I did, and felt more encouraged at the workshop by her personal wisdom, than by reading the emotionally disconnected books. I instantly felt a safe and relatable connection with Revvell, and opened up to a room of strangers to share my story. Her personable manner and investment truly resonated, and I've since used her as a life coach. In addition to the EFT workshop series, she also teaches nutrition, physical fitness and spiritual enrichment.

Constantly reading books; watching videos and taking seminars/classes. I like to see what others are doing and incorporate what works for me and my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
During many years of working with myself and others, I found that, even though something may be presented physically, there's often an emotional component as well. I can assist with both.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Physical/emotional and mental fitness ~ working with people who have internal blockages about creating the income they say they want; the balanced state-of-being they'd like to have and also, on the physical side, I assist people in becoming physically healthy with a good food program, body weight movements and weight management.
