Introduction: The main reason I have taught yoga and meditation for the last ten years is because of all of the healing yoga and meditation has personally brought to me. Yoga is so much more than just the physical aspect. I’ve been a student of Eddy’s for 6 years in group settings. During Covid, he became my private yoga instructor as well. That’s when I experienced how absolutely transformative his practice is for the mind, body, and soul. Eddy has helped me physically heal from a back injury. Mentally, he used his many tools (sound baths, meditation, breath work) to help me achieve a sense of calm in my hectic life. And that’s not to mention how well he adjusts to the chaos of my house when he’s here. He’s patient and kind when my kids or animals interrupt us during our sessions ❤️. Eddy is professional, caring, and fun! And he’s SO knowledgeable about all things yoga. He truly loves what he does and cares about his students. It’s not a job for him. It’s a lifestyle he embraces and loves to share.

Eddy is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever taken. The energy he brings to the practice is unmatched. He has given me so many helpful pointers that stick with me each time I practice and in meditation. My favorite experience is his yin yoga and sound bath sessions - it’s like a massage for the body and mind.

Eddy has helped me deepen my practice in so many ways. He’s so knowledgeable about yoga and has been so supportive. His flows just make sense and I come out of practice feeling so strong and confident. If you haven’t taken class with him I highly recommend it.

I have over a thousand hours of training where I was student of yoga allowing for yoga to prove it’s healing abilities to me. I also have taught yoga and meditation for many of thousands of hours.
