- What types of customers have you worked with?
We actually offer a full spectrum of catering services - corporate board meetings, week-long sales trainings etc, as well as private in-home parties. Less frequently, we host many multi-hundred events for our corporate clients. Those are a lot of fun!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The baseline should be that the caterer provides food that is delicious. I'm surprised to see that sometimes people choose catering solely on the production value of the display and table adornment, with a lot less importance on how the food tastes. We make everything from scratch, which I think is important. Also important is the client service - we greatly value the opportunity to work with clients and deliver upon their vision for the event. We never lose sight of that, and provide great client service through the duration of the planning process and the event.
