In Service Builders really set the standard for taking care of their electricians and other tradespeople. They made sure we had a safe and respectful work environment, which went hand in hand with their spot-on financial management. Payments were timely, often early, removing any worry about financial stability. This approach allowed us to focus on delivering our best electrical work, knowing In Service Builders had our back.

Working with InService Builders on an ADU they were building in Marin County was a truly steady experience. Under John's leadership, their attention to scheduling and coordination has consistently ensured we're not only meeting our goals but often surpassing them. It's clear they place a high value on safety at the job site, emphasizing the importance of everyone going home in one piece, which, in my view, really sets a positive example for the industry. When it comes to communication, InService Builders excels. Their commitment to keeping everyone informed and aligned has greatly contributed to the smooth running of projects. This level of clarity and openness has made collaboration with them very straightforward.Regarding the quality of work, I believe it's of the highest standard. InService Builders aims for excellence in all they do, encouraging everyone involved to strive for the same. For those who prioritize safety, clear communication, and quality craftsmanship, I would suggest considering InService Builders as a solid choice within the construction sector. They truly stand out for their professionalism and dedication.

We wanted a contractor that could transform our old laundry room and storeroom into a 'junior accessory dwelling unit' (JADU) of 320 sq. feet. We'd been planning if for a couple of years. We had several contractors come through and a couple of them gave us proposals. I found In Service Builders by stopping by a project similar to ours in the neighborhood and left my number for John to call about our JADU.John listened to our ideas and helped us visualize how we could get started. He described electrical and plumbing contractors he'd worked with and got us competing bids from them. The pace of progress was always comfortable for us throughout our project.John offered us sensible options for a variety of services and helped us save money in several ways, including some work i was able to do, here and there. The picture we uploaded (of the flat stones on the driveway) shows one of John's innovative ideas. After helping us find a paving stone we liked, he then had the stones laid out and put numbers on each of them. He used old 'ram board' cardboard from the scrap pile and had an outline cut from each rock, then put the number on the cardboard. This allowed he, the crew and my wife to really 'dial in' the walkway quickly and easily before moving the actual heavy stones in place. It was well-run project and we felt well-supported and well-represented throughout the project. We highly recommend In Service!
