Introduction: I love to cook and teach people how to be confident in the kitchen. We will prepare fun, healthy (some not so healthy but oh so good) and easy recipes.
Basic home-cooking skills are taught. Special diets, such as diabetic diets and food allergies, are welcomed. I do not bake homemade breads or pie crust. I let those that do that well continue to do that.
